The last time I took my car in for an oil change I was charged for it even though I had a service contract for a free oil change. I was also charged for tire rotation that they did not do. I had proof of a gash in the rear tire and when I got home the tire was in the same location. It had taken so long for this service to be done that I could not wait for it to be rectified but was told it would be made up to me on my next visit which was Monday 3/19/2018. I mentioned that I was owed a free oil change but information about my service contract had mysteriously disappeared from the computer and the clerk says "I can't do anything about the past". I will not return to this slick dishonest business. Neither should you. While I was waiting another couple was having an issue where the service department broke something on their car and was trying to charge them to fix it. These people are crooks!
