The manager told me that all sales are final with no exchanges or returns. what type of reputable jewerly shop won't allow at the very minimal exchanges, less than 24 hours after the purchase? The ring wasn't cheap and we were attempting to spend even more money on a different ring. if you buy something for someone from this place make sure they like it before hand, these crooks will keep your money and offer you no service. I learned the hard way!
